Do you want to regularly receive professional, high-quality images of you playing your favourite sports?
Whether rugby, cricket, football, hockey, horse riding or any other sport played on the island (on request I can always attend away fixtures on the mainland).
Your favourite athlete is captured at the peak of action during a game, showing them at their athletic best.
Or, we’ll set up a formal portrait session, in their team kit for a great sports headshot!
Andrew Cooper Photography is now offering the opportunity for image subscription packages (one, two or three images), either weekly, monthly, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 monthly or yearly, per subscription.
The minimum subscription period is 12 months; with 30 days notice period that you wish to cancel thereafter.

Match officials – referees, linesmen etc., you’re not forgotten, as these same packages are available for me to photograph you and for you to have images of you officiating your chosen sport/s.

Images are supplied at the frequency selected on the image subscription order form, with either new images taken of games, fixtures or events, or images from the extensive archives. Images can be of any sport, including but not exclusive to rugby, cricket, football, horse jumping and hockey.
Images are supplied as high resolution, according to your chosen subscription package, and may be either colour or monochrome (black and white).
Where a request is made to cover a sport for your subscription this will be accommodated wherever possible and endeavour to provide a range of images, but I may need your help with guidance on fixtures/events and games you are attending, where and when etc..
Where I do not know of you within your chosen sport on the Isle of Wight, I will make contact to confirm your identity/face, so I know who I am photographing. Where possible I will meet you at the event/ fixture game to make myself known to you.
Where there are entry fees levied for me to attend an event, they these will be chargeable to you in addition to your subscription payments.

The aim is to provide a steady flow of images during your subscription period. However, where fixtures are cancelled or postponed, your images may be less or more in any given subscription period, but pro-rata you will receive the total number of images in your chosen package.
Image subscription subscribers are eligible to received special benefits and offers from Andrew Cooper Photography, from time to time as they are made available (principally via the Andrew Cooper E-Mail Newsletter)
NB. Your subscription will start immediately. Images will be supplied regularly thereafter, either from the archives (where image of you are held on file) or for new games/fixtures covered.
Images are supplied as digital files for download – you will be emailed links to the digital downloads. The digital download links are available for 7 days from the date they are emailed to you.
Images may be provided pro-rata, ie where the subscription period is 15 months (due to starting before a season) and no images can be supplied prior to the start of a season, you would receive pro-rata 15 months of images once the season has started and images can be take and supplied.
Your images are supplied pro-rata over your subscription period up to the total number of images in your chosen subscription package, but you may received more in one period than another, due to the constraints of fixtures etc.. However, you will receive the total number of images in your chosen package.
The image subscription is via a continuous authorisation of a debit debit until cancelled.
Images subscription payments are non-refundable. You have no right to reject an image supplied on the basis of style or composition.
Image subscriptions are subject to a minimum term of 12 months.
You may cancel your subscription at anytime after the 12 months, giving 30 days notice. You may request a change or cancellation of your subscription after the initial subscription period.

Please note: you do not own the copyright in an image with an image subscription. Rather you are receiving image under an image licence for personal and private use.
