Rugby Christchurch RFC 2XV v Ventnor RFC 2XV 21 October 2023
I travelled over to Christchurch RFC for a doubleheader for Christchurch RFC and Ventnor RFC.
First up was the 2nds game of Christchurch RFC 2XV v Ventnor RFC 2XV in the Counties 5 Hampshire South West league game of 2023-24.
The skies opened with a downpour in the first half, which made for a great photographic atmosphere on the pitch with the mud and water, but was a challenge keeping the camera equipment dry (I was soaked!).
The final score for this Counties 5 Hampshire South West league 2023-24 game was a win for Ventnor RFC 2XV 5-35.
The Isle of Wight rugby photos edit from this game, revealed some great rugby images that I am very pleased with, in particularly challenging during the often very wet and variable light levels throughout the game, which will form part of the growing Isle of Wight Rugby Photos Archive.
