A great Isle of Wight rugby derby, with 1XV sides of Isle of Wight RFC and Ventnor RFC, held in good weather, with the game preceded by the 2XV game of Isle of Wight RFC 2XV v Ventnor RFC 2XV, of 23 September 2023
This week I was again using and getting use to my new lens, the Nikkor 180-600mm, for the Isle of Wight rugby photography. It’s a learning curve as I get used to the capabilities of the lens, speed of focus and general use, when paired with the Nikon Z9.
This was a Counties 3 Hampshire 2023-24 game, with the final score 35-7.
